Feasibility proposal carried out by macmon on behalf of joint developers Cala Homes and Persimmon. Feasibility to determine potential conversion of former cattle breeding centre and associated outbuildings at Southbar Erskine. In addition, the feasibility incorporated the design of a one off site specific house located on the footprint of the former Southbar House. The feasibility proposal incorporated full planning permission for the development which was granted in 2004.
