Refurbishment of the 1930’s Art Deco “Toledo” cinema at Muirend, Glasgow, to form six separate flat units. Our proposals involved the refurbishment and extension of the existing front of house area and the demolition of the existing auditorium to the rear of the property.
All flats are entered through the refurbished cinema foyer space, which incorporates original Art Deco features. Ground floor flats are wheelchair accessible and the top floor flats are both double height duplex type.
