Competition organised by the RIAS for the design of an apartment building on a prominent site close to the sea front at Ardrossan main beach. The scheme is part of the Irvine Bay area regeneration project and the client group is looking for a landmark development that will improve local standards of building design and levels of environmental sustainability, all within a set budget.
