The Oxmoor Community Resource Centre provides the local residents with meeting rooms, community offices, a café/meeting area, play facility and four community shops.
 
The regeneration project also includes a new network of pedestrian footpaths, cycle ways and a cycle/foot bridge linking into the new urban square and community health facility.
The project as well as streetscaping in the square, improved green spaces and environmental improvements, providing cleaner, safer and greener surroundings for the local population to enjoy.
 
The regeneration development won the 2006 Royal Town Planning Institute Award for Community Planning.
