30/03/2010Following weeks of intense training James ran his first half marathon in a swift 1hour 46 minutes and 10 seconds in Prague on 27th March.
James raised money for Royal 1 Radio at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary where he turns into a groovy DJ in his spare time.
